Recommendation
I hereby recommend the organization
"Mif'al Halakha Bareshet" which is:
Like "Shabbes observer" is for people,
so is "Shomer Sabes" for sites in the internet.
the mentioned above endeavor saves many from sin,
committed using the computer.
It closes the computer to every surfer
so he/she won't desecrate the Shabbat,
in all places in the world,
according to local Shabbat times of the surfer.
I know the Mif'al (organization) mentioned.
It must be encouraged and supported,
to allow it to continue in this holy project.
And if the people of Israel observe
two Shabbatot – we will soon be delivered.
(as written in Shabbat page 108). Amen.

I am like Yehuda and more,
having read the words of the superior above,
our honorary teacher and rabbi,
the gaon (genius) Rabbi Yaakov Yosef Shli"ta
And my hand will also join him to recommend
and to support the system "Shomer Shabes"
by "Mif'al Halakah Bareshet".
Headed by HaRav Oren Shkalim,
may he live long, and by the system mentioned above they
sanctify the name of Hashem in public,
and make the Shabbat known in every place in the world,
specifically those who are far from Torah and Mitzvoth.

the feat of Halakha in the net also known as "Shomer Shabes".
The above feat has ordered as its main cause
to prevent descration of the Shabbat,
by closing the sites on the computer to
every surfer in any place in the world.

of G-d they carry will succeed,
and wherever they turn they will become
wise and successful, and may G-d be with them,

Recommendation
Lately there have been many organizations
using the Internet to receive donations
from around the world,
but unfortunately it is entangled with
breaking of the Shabbat,
because there are donators who have
free time on the holy day,
using the internet during Shabbat
to perform a "Mitzva HaBa'ah Ba'Aveirah"
(which is a Commandment performed through sin).
Therefore the NPO "Mif'al Halacha Bareshet"
aka "Shomer Shabes" has developed a piece of software
capable of closing the computer
from the beginning of Shabbat till its ending,
considering the time in every place in the world.
The honorable genius Rabbi Ya'akov Yosef Shli"ta
has already recommended it,
which is enough for me to give my blessing.
